Delicious! Sensual! Comfortable! I adore my new Philippe Matignon tights. I now understand the meaning of luxury hosiery after slipping my tootsies into a pair of their Roulette cotton tights with its openwork spiral pattern. I usually detest putting my legs into tights. The claustrophobia and itch taunt and distress me, but there is nothing, absolutely nothing, distasteful about climbing into these cotton tights. My god, the comfort astounds me! As does the quality and intricate detailing of its construction.
Pictured above you can see how I will be sporting these Italian made, navy leg adornments in a respectable manner. I paired it with a navy frock in a heavy pattern and high grey boots (Apologies, these boots aren't the best choice - I would prefer a different boot or bootie), but I got to tell you.... these tights will be seeing very little of the outdoors compared to its indoor wear. They have become my new "house pants." I do not own anything unattractive. This includes sweats, so when I am cold in my own home, I often turn to my most comfortable leggings, which happen to be boring and solid colored. Now, I will be turning to my patterned Roulette leggings. They are so much more fun than my leggings, even more comfortable and warmer to boot, since they cover my feet. They are also a helluva lot sexier. I am sure Philippe Matignon, the international leader in quality and design of hosiery, will be disappointed to hear that I use their fashion forward and technological advanced product for house wear, but I must!
Lastly, I adore the entire vibe of the Philippe Matignon collection. Their website, packaging, and styling of each pair of tights or socks begs me to replicate. I love a product that can present itself well.
