For those of you into the bling you are going to love Blingity Bling, a business that offers custom crystallized creations. Flip flops, tanks, Ugg boots, cell phones, iPods and wine openers can all be donned with Swarvorski crystals of every color. In these dull times there are still some fashionistas that crave this little flash.

Although I am not a Swarvorski kind of girl myself, I must say I was truly impressed by their quality of work and their stylish applications. And I officially want these fish Ugg boots. Is it wrong that I want them? No.

These are obviously great gifts for girls of all ages, but don’t be afraid to indulge in your own womanly urge for glitz. Fashion forward? Of course not, but go ahead and have some fun. Why else put so much time and money into fashion if you are not having a blast?

Decorate Your Neck With Rare Sand

The Double Wrap Skinny Belt

While I was in London this summer visiting one of my best girlfriends, her boyfriend at the time gave her a wonderful birthday present. That British fella gave her a black leather studded double wrap skinny belt. He may have been a bit boring for her, but he sure had good taste!

I adore the double wrap skinny belt. Adoration. It’s fun, it’s funky, it’s sexy, it’s chic. I don’t like it low on the hips though and the few times I have seen it in stores they are supposed to sit so low. Don’t do it ladies. Hold out and search for the perfect double wrap skinny belt that sits at your true waist. High up is oh so fabulous.

 

The best one I found is this fabulous mustard diddy from Nordstrom, but of course it is “currently unavailable.” Poo.

 

Still I found some inexpensive ones at Wet Seal and Forever 21, but I just don’t love them like I should. My hunt is still on for the perfect quality double wrap skinny belt. In the words of Back To The Future, to be continued…

I adore gold jewelry, hence my attraction to Emily Elizabeth Jewelry. A modern and whimsical collection of gold chains with varying dangling charms.

They also have the shawl sweater, but I am more into the buttons.

Throw the boyfriend sweater (on sale for $34.99) over a cute fitted tank and pair it with long shorts, skinny jeans or leggings. Love this look.

The cropped v-neck sweater is fantastic with your party dress, maxi dress or light cover up with your work slacks and blouse.

Use the fabulous patterned cardigans to dress up the usual tank and bottoms look that will bore us otherwise. My only qualm with this cropped sweater? Over priced. The Colossal Volum' Express By Maybelline NY

Yes, this is a fashion blog, but as you may have noticed I have addressed many various beauty topics. Today is the Colossal Volum’ Express by Maybelline. Dreadful indeed. I look like I have kinky, clumpy spider lashes. More than one coat and you are screwed. Just one coat, boring lashes.

I was so excited to get new mascara so I am particularly perturbed by my purchase. I am also trying this new thing where I finish every product I own before I buy another. It’s an economical thing.

I am going to finish every bottle of shampoo that I own, all the bottles of lotion, hairspray, mousse and all the mascaras before I allow myself to purchase another. It will save money and create space in my over cluttered, gorgeous bathroom…

But now I am stuck with this Colossal Volum’ Express mascara. Colossal mistake. If anyone has a similar story with this mascara please do share and then recommend to me your favorite mascara and why. Who out there is getting velvety, long lashes that wont smudge?
