Sand Jewelry's Carnelian Ring

I must wear a stand out ring at all times. I sometimes even think I won’t ever marry just so my cocktail rings need not compete with a symbol of everlasting love. No outfit is complete without a fabulous ring.

My newest ring came from Sand Jewelry, a fun collection inspired by the ocean and the earth. The earrings and necklaces are sweet, but it’s the rings that I absolutely adore! The “Orange Pulp” made of gold wire and Carnelian is my favorite. It is so difficult to find a good color orange on anything, let alone a ring. And don’t get me started on the price. Recession or no, I am a thrifty mo-fo, but I have no qualms spending $27 on a delicate but funky ring like the “Orange Pulp”. Beautiful.

My second favorite is the wire wrapped pearl ring, “Basket of Pearl.” Pearls can be fabulous and they can be fuddy duddy. This is fabulous and only $30.

Obviously you can sport these rings with your dressy outfits, but don’t omit the jewels when going casual. A grand ring with a tank and lounge pants gives your look the extra oomph we all need when schlepping around town.
